Premium members can create a private guild or raid team and manage its raids and invitations. Invited members do not need premium.
Join a Guild/Group
Ask the group leader to add your account or share an invitation code. Any active Tanuki account can join; premium is not required.
Discord raid announcements & reminders
Post each new raid, then send two reminders before its start. Choose a Discord server installed by your account. Set its Warcraft posting channel in Discord bot administration.

Group invitations
Only share this code with people you want in this group. Creating a new code disables the previous code; existing members keep access.
Add a member
Add an existing active Tanuki Tools account by its exact nickname. Members do not need premium and can participate in this group without receiving guild-creation or leader permissions.
Guild activity log
Owner-only history of recorded raid, permission, DKP and guild-tool changes. Times and date filters use your local timezone. Older records may contain only an item number; this is not a complete history of every site action.
Officer permissions
Open a member and choose the actions they may perform in this Guild/Group. All actions are off by default. Only the owner can grant permissions, change Discord connections and invitations, or delete the guild.
Recruitment permission includes access to applications and private recruitment notes. Preparation permission includes other members’ readiness. DKP permissions are managed separately.
Scheduled raids use the guild’s existing automatic Discord announcement settings. Broadcast permission controls manual raid posts.
Delete Guild/Group
Only the owner can permanently delete this Guild/Group. This removes its membership links, invitations, raid schedules, sign-ups, attendance, guild tools, applications, DKP balances and history. Tanuki accounts and other Guilds/Groups are kept.
Queued Discord posts are removed. Messages already sent to Discord and snapshots saved in the addon are not erased. Deletion cannot be undone from this site.

Schedule a raid
Enter local time in the schedule timezone. Times are saved in UTC and shown in each viewer’s local time, including Discord.
Recurring raids
Schedules use the creator’s chosen timezone. Stopping a series cancels future open raids and pending posts; past records remain available.
